Templates cannot be sold or shared as templates with or without modification. They are meant to be a starting point only when designing a site for a client or yourself.
Each Wix Template purchase is valid for use on a single project or website only (e.g., 1 Wix Template purchase = 1 website). If you wish to use the same template for multiple websites or clients, you must purchase an additional license for each new project.
If you are using the template to create a design for a client, you must not claim or promote these designs as exclusively your own work. Templates cannot be resold as templates; you must be doing the work for your client.
Doing the work means that you, as the designer, are actively customizing, setting up, and/or managing the website on behalf of your client. This includes tasks such as adding content, configuring settings, and making necessary adjustments to meet the client's needs. Simply providing the template to the client without these personalized services would not qualify as "doing the work."

Wix Themes & Styled Assets
Do not sell or share our themed assets in any way, as is nor modified.
Do not duplicate, distribute, or include any of our designs, elements, or styled assets in your own libraries, even if they are modified.
If you are making your own website templates to sell and you want to use assets from our themes you cannot copy our current template layouts and you must make your own original template.
When using theme or styled assets you must change the images and any written content out with your own.
Personal vs Commercial License
Personal (personal or own website) License: This license allows you to use the theme elements and/or styled assets on any of your personal projects, blogs, or websites. This option is ideal for personal or business sites.
Commercial (clients or template usage) License: This license allows you to use the theme elements and/or styled assets on personal sites, client sites, or template websites. You must change all of the images and any written content out with your own. You cannot share of our libraries with a client nor include assets in a library for a clients usage.

Canva Templates
Each template pack purchase is intended for use with a single project or business. However, you are free to reuse the templates as many times as needed within that one project or business.
Guidelines for Resale Products:

Sell as Is (but not as a Canva Template): Products marked for resale can be sold in their original form, just not as a Canva template.

Personal or Commercial Use: You are free to use these products for both personal and commercial projects.

When you purchase a Wix Template, you will receive a link to accept the template as a new website. This template will not be added to an existing website. Once the template is added to your account, it becomes your responsibility to add your own content and edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template, we cannot reverse them.
Wix Transfer Templates
We strive to deliver your template within 48 hours. However, please understand that this time frame may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If it has been over 48 hours, please submit a support ticket. Note that there may be delays over weekends and holidays.

Payment Plan Option
We offer flexible payment plans for our website templates to suit your needs. When you choose a payment plan, you'll be invited as an admin to the template, allowing you to start customizing and using it right away.
The template ownership will not be transferred to you until the final payment has been received. During this period, there will be some limitations on using the template that will be lifted once template is transferred after your final payment. No refunds nor exchanges are given.
If you choose to do a payment plan, your payment will automatically process for the amount of months that you select via the card you used to purchase.

All sales of digital products and services are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once you purchase, the purchase is non-refundable. Please ensure that you have reviewed your order carefully before making a purchase.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are a purchase by prepayment for a certain number of regular deliveries of something or for a certain period of access to or use of something. Our subscriptions can include some services, courses, memberships, and products.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period.
Once you cancel you will immediately lose access to subscription offerings.
For example, if you sign up on the 20th of the month that means your billing cycle is on the 20th of every month. If you cancel your account on the 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that.

We are happy to assist with issues related to the template itself, including installation, downloads, provided files, and any problems that might arise with these. This does not include design services of any kind nor template or theme how to help. For more in depth help or consultation we offer a paid service.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with general Wix-related questions, template modifications, coding modifications, or any issues arising from them, as well as any software-related problems.

Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
